A pathway review before travel
The process starts with enough information to decide whether it is reasonable to approach a hospital. It does not start with a package purchase.
1. Initial case submission
You share your diagnosis, age, current treatment, key recent results and your main goal. For privacy, the public form does not request passport copies or complete imaging archives.
2. Administrative pre-screening
RMC checks whether the information is complete enough and whether a credible clinical pathway may exist. This is not a medical decision.
3. Secure records request
If the case appears potentially relevant, we provide a safer method for sharing medical reports, scans and treatment history.
4. Hospital medical review
The relevant hospital or physician reviews the case and determines whether further consultation, testing or in-person assessment is appropriate.
5. Formal plan and pricing
Where applicable, the treating institution provides the medical plan and hospital fee structure. RMC coordination fees are shown separately.
6. China coordination and follow-up
RMC can coordinate appointments, interpretation, admission logistics, translated records and follow-up communication.
