Typical records
- Confirmed diagnosis and date of diagnosis
- Recent specialist reports
- Current and previous treatment
- Key blood tests and functional tests
- Imaging reports and, where requested, original image files
- Relevant surgery or admission records
- Allergies, major comorbidities and infection history
Translation
English-language records may be accepted for preliminary review. Some hospitals may require Chinese summaries or translated documents. RMC can coordinate medical-record organization and translation where needed.
Fees
Hospital medical fees, specialist-review fees and RMC coordination fees should be separated. Formal medical pricing should follow hospital review rather than a generic online package.
Travel timing
Do not book non-refundable flights before the treating institution confirms the review outcome, required tests and likely schedule.
Insurance
Most regenerative medicine pathways should be assumed self-funded unless your insurer confirms coverage in writing. Hospitals may issue invoices and medical records, but reimbursement depends on your policy.
Visa and admission documents
When a hospital accepts a case, RMC can help coordinate available appointment or admission documents. Visa decisions remain with the relevant authorities.
